Build steps
Prepare the machine
Power down, cool the printer completely and document the original wiring before disassembly.
Remove the existing hotend
Release the hotend assembly without stressing heater or sensor wiring.
Install replacement hardware
Fit the hotend, heater and thermistor according to their mechanical and electrical requirements.
Verify and calibrate
Check temperature readings, firmware configuration and run calibration before printing.
